Alpine Solutions Report - July 2019

The legal council for the ACMG insurance company had the following report commissioned by Alpine Solutions. The report omits the fact that our group was lingering below Class III - Complex terrain.  The report states that this was an 'exceptional event' that happens every 5-10 years, which contradicts the very nature of Class III - Complex terrain,. According to the ATES, in Complex terrain, an avalanche greater and smaller than a size 3 will run each year.
